Buddy Walk 2008!

The 2008 Buddy Walk will be held at Furman University on Sunday, September 28.  Registration opens at 12:30 p.m. with the 1-mile walk beginning at 2 p.m.  For more information about this year’s walk, go here.

Current Events
Monthly Meetings – The Down Syndrome Family Alliance of Greenville does not meet monthly during the summer months of June, July and August. Our monthly meetings will begin again in September when we’ll meet the second Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. at the Center for Developmental Services, 29 North Academy Street. For more information, please contact Family Alliance President Marcy Freeman at (864) 884-2178.

Buddy Walk – The 2008 Down Syndrome Family Alliance of Greenville will hold its annual Buddy Walk on Sunday, September 28, at Furman University’s Paladin Plaza. Registration will begin at 12:30 p.m., and the walk will begin at 2 p.m. If your address is included on our mailing list, then a Buddy Walk registration brochure should be arriving in your mailbox by the end of July. While business pertaining to the Family Alliance is very important to our officers, please understand that sometimes our family life takes priority over our volunteer efforts.
